Carrot Salads With Yoghurt


  • 2 carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Garlic
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • Dill for putting the edges

Recipe: Put the grated carrots in pot. Stir the carrots at medium-high heat. Turn the heat off when then carrots are tender. Wait till the carrots are cold. Grat the garlic and put some salt in it. Add the garlic and yoghurt in carrots. Stir them. Chop the dill for putting the edges on plate. Bon appetit.
